In this year’s OMC we are looking to invite church and public space leaders to guide us in discussing the answer of these three questions. At the end of OMC, we will learn and create a plan to guide FICA and/or its partners’ engagement in helping the Indonesian church prepare future leaders to create impact in their communities for Christ.

Andrew Feng

Andrew currently serves as the US Director for Indigitous, which engages the next generation to use their marketplace skills beyond the four church walls. As part of Indigitous, Andrew advises on global strategy related to faith and tech. He is exploring crowdsourcing missions via remote work and how to start social enterprises to create inroads to nations with little access to the Gospel.

Andrew was born in Taiwan and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 7. Andrew holds a ThM and is a Fellow at Dallas Seminary. Prior to ministry, Andrew graduated from USC and interned at Yahoo and consulted for KPMG. He has been married for 14 years and served with his wife in China for nearly five years. During that time, he served as a tentmaker, ministered as the youth/young adults pastor at the Shanghai international church.

Tommy Lee

Tommy is President of Resource Global, an organization dedicated to mobilizing a global movement of engaged next-generation leaders who are having a transformative gospel impact on their local communities and workplaces. Tommy launched Resource Global in 2010 alongside CreatePossible LLC, a for-profit company that helps to fund the ministry of Resource Global. Tommy holds a Master’s degree from Moody Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis He lives in Chicago, IL, with his wife Charlene and daughters Samantha and Karra.

Natasha is a Marriage & Family Therapist and her mission is to support and empower teens, individuals, couples and families towards greater peace and connection with themselves and others. Understanding people’s past and current experiences of pain, difficulty, confusion and restlessness can be met with compassion, understanding and curiosity. Thus her goal is to collaborate and support those going through this journey.
